Exercise Classes

Welcome to Dynamic's Fitness Classes!


As health care professionals we strive to provide the most effective individualized treatment to all our patients. Dynamic has always had a strong focus on movement and healing the body through proper and safe exercises. We specialize in understanding how the body heals and adapts from injuries, how the body biomechanically should move and how to help prevent injury through proper exercises and education. We have dreamt of providing a facility to take the healing process to the next level where we could further incorporate exercises into our patients everyday lives as either the final part of their healing journey or as a preventative measure.

We have designed all fitness classes in series consisting of 6-week sessions. We believe by providing classes in a series this will help enable changes in the body and help improve issues we see regularly at our clinic!

TRX Full Body Burnout

Instructor: Cody

This class is focused on building muscle and increasing your cardiovascular function through a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout. HIIT workouts involve short bursts of high effort followed by a period of rest. We will focus on all major muscle groups, using only the TRX suspension trainer. This class is for all fitness levels and ages!

TRX Posture and Core

Do you find yourself sitting to often? In today’s society many of us spend hours sitting each day, whether that’s at home, work, or school but few of us realize the negative effects that this has on our posture and the strength imbalances that can be created! The focus of this TRX class is to build the postural muscles of your body such as the core and back, as well as stretch out the muscles that often become tight from poor posture. This class is open to all fitness levels!

TRX 55+ Workout

Instructor: Krissi / Cody

The goal of this class is to provide both strength and stability training to the older adult population. We will focus on strengthening everyday movements to improve day to day function. The benefits of using the TRX bands for this class is that they help provide stability to you as you perform the exercise, as well as allow each exercise to be tailored to your personal fitness level. This class is for anyone 55 years of age or older!

Postpartum Class

Instructor: Rebekah

Do you have pregnant or postpartum symptoms? Do you have questions about your body or movements during this stage in your life? Do you have hip or pelvis pain in squats and lunges? Do you leak when you cough or jump? There are so many unknowns to this life-altering experience, and doing athletic things during and after pregnancy is one of them.

These classes are designed to help women overcome some of these changes and to stay strong and healthy throughout all stages of pregnancy. We believe in building a firm foundation. Focusing on proper breathing techniques, controlled core activation and safe, effective and functional strength training exercises these classes are geared for all fitness levels.

Joga

Instructor: Tayte

JOGA is the perfect addition to an athlete’s training program no matter what sport they perform. It is a neuromuscular movement system that bridges the gap between the science of yoga breathing/relaxation with the biomechanics of sports. JOGA integrates the respiratory, nervous, musculoskeletal, circulatory, endocrine and digestive system to provide an athlete with optimal human performance. It has been used by a variety of professional athletes, including members from the NHL, MLB and NFL.  Bringing JOGA into your active recovery will help enhance your performance, improve concentration, and decrease recovery time.

Yoga Release for Neck & Shoulders

Instructor: Haley

This therapeutic yoga flow explores common areas of stress and tightness in the neck, shoulders, and upper back to release tension and build strength. This class is great for those who suffer from chronic headaches and neck pain.

Yoga Release for Hips & Back

Instructor: Haley

This therapeutic yoga flow is designed to release muscular tension and improve mobility of the upper legs, hips, and low back. This class is a combination of active and preventative care for those who suffer from chronic pain in the mid/lower body.

Yoga Burn for Posture & Core

Instructor: Haley

This engaging yoga flow is designed to tone the core by improving strength and flexibility. A mixture of strengthening and stretching, this practice cultivates heat to challenge the body by waking up the abdominal wall and back muscles to improve posture. Be prepared to feel the burn and work up a sweat!

Yoga Total Body Flow

Instructor: Haley

This gentle yoga flow focuses on stretching the body and releasing muscular tension from head to toe. Intended to calm the body and mind, this is a chance to slow down and take time to practice self-care. Be sure to wear comfy clothes for this relaxing yoga practice!

Power Flow

Instructor: Alisa

This class is built as a full-body flow with a focus on core strength. Intentional movements and repetitions will challenge you and build awareness of your core. The core is one of the most important things to work on for people with chronic back pain. Expect to work up a sweat as you move through this class. Beginner options are always available, but this class is not well suited to prenatal or immediate postpartum students.
