Exercise Classes

Welcome to Dynamic's Fitness Classes!


As health care professionals we strive to provide the most effective individualized treatment to all our patients. Dynamic has always had a strong focus on movement and healing the body through proper and safe exercises. We specialize in understanding how the body heals and adapts from injuries, how the body biomechanically should move and how to help prevent injury through proper exercises and education. We have dreamt of providing a facility to take the healing process to the next level where we could further incorporate exercises into our patients everyday lives as either the final part of their healing journey or as a preventative measure.

We have designed all fitness classes in series consisting of 6-week sessions. We believe by providing classes in a series this will help enable changes in the body and help improve issues we see regularly at our clinic!

TRX Full Body Burnout

Instructor: Cody

This class is focused on building muscle and increasing your cardiovascular function through a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout. HIIT workouts involve short bursts of high effort followed by a period of rest. We will focus on all major muscle groups, using only the TRX suspension trainer. This class is for all fitness levels and ages!

TRX Posture and Core

Instructor: Cody

Do you find yourself sitting to often? In today’s society many of us spend hours sitting each day, whether that’s at home, work, or school but few of us realize the negative effects that this has on our posture and the strength imbalances that can be created! The focus of this TRX class is to build the postural muscles of your body such as the core and back, as well as stretch out the muscles that often become tight from poor posture. This class is open to all fitness levels!

TRX 55+ Workout

Instructor: Krissi / Cody

The goal of this class is to provide both strength and stability training to the older adult population. We will focus on strengthening everyday movements to improve day to day function. The benefits of using the TRX bands for this class is that they help provide stability to you as you perform the exercise, as well as allow each exercise to be tailored to your personal fitness level. This class is for anyone 55 years of age or older!

Power Flow

Instructor: Alisa

This class is built as a full-body flow with a focus on core strength. Intentional movements and repetitions will challenge you and build awareness of your core. The core is one of the most important things to work on for people with chronic back pain. Expect to work up a sweat as you move through this class. Beginner options are always available, but this class is not well suited to prenatal or immediate postpartum students.
