Individual running assessments are performed by our specialist trained by The Running Clinic to assist with performance, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention.
The running assessment involves a comprehensive history of the runner, objective findings including range of motion, strength, neurological and special tests and a functional running analysis to identify biomechanical errors contributing to running inefficiencies and injuries.
Runners are provided with appropriate treatments tailored to their individual needs as well as provided with a personalized exercise program to help improve technique, correct biomechanical or muscular inefficiencies and to restore strength, power and mobility.
Running assessments are optimal for any stage of running from novice to competitive.
*Runners are asked to bring current running shoes (past running shoes if there was a recent change) and appropriate clothes to move in.
